Must the filters be submitted and approved before the deadline?
Must they be already approved before the deadline or a test link would be enough?
Also, are already published filters accepted?

Hey Francesco,
Good question. You need to provide your effect share link in the submission form so yes, you'd need to have it published in order to get that link.
They do have this suggestion, though: https://sparkar.facebook.com/ar-studio/learn/documentation/docs/managing so if you submit one, but want to keep working on it, just duplicate it and work on the second version.
Thanks!
Stefanie

@Francesco - Just wanted to update you that I confirmed you can submit the testing link that allows 50 people to test it if it's not published yet at the deadline. You'll still submit it for publishing, but can include the testing link if it's still pending review.
Hope this takes some of the pressure off!
